This is not a cookery book. I am not qualified to write such a book. It is more a narrative of meals I have eaten, most of them cooked and photographed by me. Collecting books has always been a passion, and now I am into cookbooks, thus “around the world”, for “fusion and confusion”. I enjoy reading and trying different ethnic recipes, and taking photographs as I cook. I cook most lunchtimes, so the dishes presented here have been tried over the last twelve months. I suppose I will have to carry on until I am no longer capable.
