We will send you an email as soon as the products are ready for collection. Goods may be collected from our warehouse in San Ġwann.

Easipik is a quick and easy delivery method offered by MaltaPost. Upon choosing Easipik delivery, your order will be picked up from our store by the MaltaPost courier. The 24/7 Easipik service enables you to pick up all your online orders from any of the Parcel Lockers located around Malta and Gozo. Parcel lockers are very easy to use and are completely secure. When your order is left at the locker, you will be notified by means of an SMS, giving you a code to key into the locker in order to release your item. Parcel orders can be picked up from the Easipik lockers within 72 hours. If parcels are not collected within this time frame, they may be collected from the nearest postal office to your shipping address.

Orders for Malta and Gozo over €25.00 qualify for free Easipik delivery.

Registered post

Parcels up to 2 kg may be sent by registered post to all address in Malta and Gozo. If applicable, the cost of this service is displayed with its relevant cost.

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 pm (noon) will be delivered within the stated delivery period. For orders placed after 12:00 pm (noon) allow another working day.

Shipping restrictions

Some items may be too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. You will be notified by email if we are unable to ship a specific parcel to the address supplied.

Shipping and Handling

The stated estimated delivery duration applies from the dispatch date.

Items in stock can take between 24 – 48 hours to dispatch. Items not in stock can take between 5 to 8 working days to dispatch. Parcels heavier than the maximum weight indicated in the tables above are consequently split up, which may result in the items not being received together. Delivery is likely to take more than the indicated estimates during peak season (e.g. Festive Season), as well as during promotional offers.

International customers

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination, they may be subject to Customs’ clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and our control.



What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be displayed during the check-out process. You may be prompted with several shipping options and their relative cost. Please choose your preferred option.

What address should I include with my order?

Most parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide to avoid delivery delays.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

In the case of local deliveries, the Customer can contact us through our Contact us page or on Facebook Messenger.

In the case of International Maltapost deliveries, the Customer is to allow at least 10 more working days before contacting us about parcels that have not been received.

Tracking details

Shipped orders will have a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent by email to your registered email address. You can also find your tracking number on My account page.

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, then please check with your local post office or parcel handlers before contacting us.

If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us through our online Contact us form.

Tracking your package

Tracking information is sent to your registered email. You can also find your tracking number on My account page.

To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don’t see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Local courier services

BDL Courier and Galea Moving & Transport Limited deliveries should be delivered within 7 working days.

If no one is available to receive an attempted delivery, the courier will leave a message and contact details in the post. We will re-attempt the delivery of your parcel. Alternatively, you may collect your parcel from the address listed in the message.

MaltaPost Courier deliveries should be delivered within 7 working days.

The courier will attempt delivery. If nobody is available at the registered delivery address, a notification will be left in the letterbox. In these cases, the recipient should follow the instructions on the notification to collect the parcel.

Some couriers may charge an additional charge for a second delivery which should be settled with the courier on delivery of the parcel.
