This book is a commemoration of the three decades recording the faces of the islands and the changes that have taken place since the first Miranda Publishers books celebrating the Maltese Islands appeared. It was September 1989 when the original Malta 360° appeared, a superb presentation of photography with pages devoted to picture spreads of 360° photography, known technically as gatefolds, that had never been seen in Malta’s books before. The books in their presentation cases have now become collectors’ items; books extolling the best the islands have to offer that should be kept for future generations.
