“This collection of articles contains most of the articles that I wrote over several years. They cover a fairly wide range of topics, both political and non-political in nature, reflecting my own fields of interest as a writer, academic and diplomat. Much that my experiences as a diplomat enriched my life and world view, the academic and the writer inside me were much stronger. Although the articles in this collection are neither autobiographical in nature, nor are they a chronicle of events. It is my sincere hope that the reader will find some facets of my varied interests reflected in them, both political and non-political. Several articles in this collection are related to Libya’s post-revolution developments. A few other articles depict my own views and perceptions of Malta.”
