Polluted Politics covers what may be described as the most agitated decade in the history of Maltese Politics, 1932-1942, giving a background of the events which led to the arrest and deportation of Maltese nationals from Malta. Sometimes the narrative goes even further back than 1932 giving the origin of quarrels and dissensions in Maltese politics.
