Anja Goder

Anja Goder is a Malta‑based photographer, author and visual storyteller whose work blends compelling imagery with narrative insight. She serves as a photographer and former Head of the Jury and CEO of the Malta International Photo Award, and her photography often explores human connection, culture and moments of peace in various parts of the world.

Goder has published books that reflect her photographic journeys and themes of global understanding, most notably Peacemaker Vol. 1 – Pope Francis on His Mission to Thailand, Japan & Bari, which documents Pope Francis’s travels and his message of peace and human fraternity through both images and commentary.

She also engages in creative projects like Dr. Klown Birthday Calendar, combining visual art and playful concepts, showcasing her range from serious documentary work to lighter cultural pieces.
