Adrian Grima

Adrian Grima is a Maltese poet, writer, academic, and cultural figure known for his influential contributions to contemporary Maltese literature and Mediterranean studies. He writes poetry and prose in Maltese and English, often exploring themes such as identity, migration, social justice, and the cultural and political realities of the Mediterranean region. Grima is also a university lecturer at the University of Malta, where he teaches Maltese literature and literary representations of the Mediterranean.

As an author, Grima has published several poetry collections and literary works that have shaped modern Maltese writing. Among his notable works are It-Trumbettier (1999), Rakkmu (2006), Klin u Kapriċċi Oħra (2015), and Daħlet ix-Xilep: Kontralimerikki tal-Pandemija (2023).
