Adina Letiția Negrușa

Adina Letiția Negrușa is a Professor and ERASMUS Departmental Coordinator at the Faculty of Business, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. An accomplished academic and researcher, her expertise spans intercultural management, hospitality management, hotel management, and catering and restaurant technology. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions to business and tourism scholarship through an extensive body of research, publications, and international collaboration.

Professor Negrușa has authored and edited 15 books, published more than 70 peer-reviewed journal articles, and presented over 80 papers at national and international conferences and scientific symposia. Her research focuses on sustainable business practices, hospitality and tourism management, organizational resilience, and intercultural communication, with an emphasis on addressing contemporary challenges facing global industries.
She is a co-editor of Sustainable and Resilient Businesses in the Global Economy, a volume in the Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics series. The book brings together cutting-edge research presented at the 4th International Conference on Modern Trends in Business, Hospitality and Tourism, highlighting innovative approaches to sustainable development, resilient business models, corporate governance, entrepreneurship, and the future of business in an interconnected global economy.
