Description
Patrimonju’s first exhibition, held in ‘The great Hall’ of the Auberge de Provence, Valleta, was dedicated to the Maltese clock. Seventy-three examples of the wall-mounted domestic clock were displayed together with a selection of mantel and grandfather types. Also exhibited were various clock movements including one of a turret clock, various sundials and a full-scale diorama of a fully equipped clockmaker’s workshop of the period.
